The Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar is a perfect compliment to your cooking. The olive oil produced in Tuscany is greener, a litter spicy and has hints of pepper. The Tuscan region of Italy produces some ofthe best quality olive oil due to the hilly region and extreme conditions. The Balsamic vinegar is IGP certified from Moderna, only the best balsamic vinegar comes from Moderna.
We also carry wine jelly, made from the grapes of the local vineyards. A very delicious compliment to the Pecorino. Jams are one of my favorites; the local orchard jam recipes are a wonderful mixture.
Honey from the region of Tuscany is considered some of the finest produced. Did you know Italian regulation requires honey to be properly categorized and labeled according to the flowers where the bees feed?
